Please join the Chicago Chapter of the National Organization for Women, as they celebrate their incredible + inspirational Women Who Dared Awardees!

Presenting Juliana Stratton, newly re-elected Lieutenant Governor of Illinois, with the Dawn Clark Netsch Public Service Award, and Linda Loew, Chicago For Abortion Rights Activist, with the Vernita Gray Community Advocate Award.

Women Who Dared is Chicago NOW’s annual fundraising event and our chance to honor and thank extraordinary leaders for their vital contributions to intersectional feminism. Proceeds enable us to continue our crucial activism focused on economic equity, ending violence against women, the Equal Rights Amendment (ERA), LGBTQ+ rights, racial justice, and reproductive justice.

A portion of the proceeds will benefit the Chicago Abortion Fund.

Food and drink are guaranteed to be fabulous, it will be a huge crowd of fascinating feminists, and this is one event you won’t want to miss.  Tickets are only $50.  Here’s the event’s page on Facebook (the event is on the 9th, not the 2nd, this will be corrected on Facebook momentarily) and get your tickets here.
