The New Illinois Justice Reform Law: Fact vs Fiction

The new criminal justice reform law represents a tremendous change and a tremendous improvement. The most important part, eliminating cash bond, fixes a tremendous injustice. The law includes significant possible changes but may not cover the scope of needed accountability. Please join our distinguished panel of experts, who will sift through this complex law, so that we all better understand the gains we’ve made and areas that still require advocacy. Q & A will follow.
